Locking , Waacking & Popping are three streetdances from the early 1970s soul train era , which are still taught by name around the world. They are accepted as part of the hip hop dance movement. This is a petition to be submitted to have these three styles declared African cultural dance art forms in order to have them preserved in history from their origin of creation
