Children born outside wedlock found outside in the street

we should all have a sense of humaniy towards Children born outside wedlock who are usually found thrown into a tip in countries likke Iraq and egypt. We need to involve NH services as well as police forces to save and protect these Children from any social harm. We need also to encourage mothers finding themselves in such situation to not to throw their Babies no matter what happen to seek social services help in order to organise their lives with the new baby. This is an urgent situation as this crime is being committed frequently due to social pressure on the mothers especially.
