Net Neutrality on school networks

Across America, schools are managing school networks in a similar manner to some dictatorial/communist governments, by restricting access to the internet, by blocking most news, media, research, and communication outlets. I propose a compromise, by blocking sites that are of no use on any school activities and releasing many sites that are.
