Legalize medical marajiuana in NC

Medical marijuana helps so many people in so many different ways. It's not right that half the Country has access to medical marijuana and Andy North Carolina legislators aren't listening to what most of the people of North Carolina wants and what a lot need. Why can't they put it up on this coming up ballot and I  guarantee it will pass.
