Sometimes, people do fall behind on their bills. However it should not cost someone their life. There should be some type of notice to the electric company or gas company whichever it is allowing that company to know that there is someone in the home living on a ventilator, life support, oxygen, ect...... with a program setup to help Finance a portion of the bill. We are human beings in a life is valuable. The cost of a life or pay your bill is that what the American people have come to today. It seems to me you have to pick the lesser of two evils.
