Chiltern Hills Surgery, Dunstable, CLOSURE

To stop the closure of Chiltern Hills Surgery, to get as many signatures as possible to go before the Clinical Commissioning Group who are responsible for making sure people in Bedfordshire have access to high quality GP services.  The GP services at Chiltern Hills Surgery are currently provided by a company called IntraHealth.  They have given notice on their contract and will stop providing services at Chiltern Hills Surgery on 30 May 2017.
So that they can contract a new GP provider to provide services.
