Stop cell tossing inmates items and throwing them away!

My son is currently in jail. I send him money for commissary so he can have toothpaste, extra food, etc. All the items are distributed by one place that the jail operates. So they control where and what you can buy an inmate. But then they do a “shake down” and throw all the inmates extra stash away. If they aren’t allowed to have it, why sell it? And if I have to spend more money becaue you are throwing the items I bought away forcing me to re-purchase them, that right there is a scam and a very well planned and thought out one. They are making money hand over fist from more sales and we all know they don’t “throw away” the inmates items, we all know the correction officers get to take whatever they want home. This is a racket, and shouldn’t be allowed!
