When a Soldier joins the Army there are a lot of promises and one of them is education, but that is only for some Soldiers, because it is not a law or regulation the helps Soldiers to ensure that they receive that benefit and have the opportunity to use it because of the leaders that have soilders doing meaningless details instead of pressuring higher education.
