Quality control on carpet installation in Australia now!

There do not seem to be carpet quality installation control in Australia. 

When things happen we need to have a governing body like the BSA to hold them accountable.

Too many stories of dodgy jobs and bad workmanship and no one doing quality control or taking accountability.

We need change so that this does not continually happen.
