JUSTICE FOR ANGEL SAGARDIA

Back in August a friend of mine and her husband were run down while crossing Flatbush Avenue. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene leaving his two victims laying on the ground. Six months later the Police finally make an arrest and are only charging him with leaving the scene!

This animal has been caught three prior times driving without a license and this time two lives were affected because of his actions. I feel the charges should be upgraded to vehicular manslaughter because of the life that was lost due to his negligence!!
