Initial Force tactic for police officers

Sign this petition to implement a new tactic for police officers to use in the field. It's designed to COMPROMISE both sides of mishandled FATAL police incidents in the united States. Being a police officer is a very dangerous job. Police officers are only human and it's understandable wanting to go home to their families every night. However on the same note, people in general want to go home to their families and loved ones without being gunned down by an officer who may have simply made an error in the split second decisions they make every day. The solution is to remove DEADLY FORCE as the first resort by implementing lNITAL FORCE tactic BEFORE DEADLY FORCE is required. Example: 2 officers draw weapons on a suspect. Officer one draws a standard .9mm w DEADLY weapon. Officer 2 draws a replica loaded with non FATAL bullets. The suspect can not tell the difference. If the suspect shows any sign insubordination, officer 1 can NOT fire his weapon first. INITIAL FORCE can and should be fired first. If the suspect then attempts to draw his own weapon AFTER NON FATAL INITIAL FORCE has been discharged. Officer 1 then has the right to eliminate the danger by discharging FATAL rounds. We as a community should make this realistic COMPROMISE.
