Madi Barney, 20, who has gone public with her allegations against the conservative Mormon-run school, told the Salt Lake Tribune that BYU is now blocking her from registering for classes and she has filed a sexual discrimination complaint with the feds.
This student, was raped filed a report. The suspect was arrested, however a deputy who as a friend of the suspect,illegally gave a copy of the police report to the University. The University told the student, she violated the University honour code by "having sex.' Rape is "consensual sex"? Rape is a crime.
