Stop plans to put millions of students' & educators' lives in danger!

As our nation struggles with COVID-19 & re-opening procedures, we have seen a spike in cases. Our president and leadership are urging schools to return to "normal". The discussion of any in-person return--fully or hybrid--will put millions of lives at risk. Educators and staff do not have adequate PPE and would be in contact with all students, ultimately putting our entire community at risk.
We are demanding that our elected officials stop the movement towards physical re-opening until COVID-19 has been contained and students can return without risk. Learning should remain online until that can be acheived. Districts need funding to successfully implement distance learning and meet education needs as best as possible under the circumstances.
