Renew Kelly Daniels’ Contract (School of Dramatic Arts)

Many members of the School of Dramatic Arts Acting program have had the absolute privilege of being taught by the professor, acting coach and director, Kelly Daniels. In her time at the University of Windsor she has made a great impact on students through her talent, her unconditional encouragement, her care for her students, and her absolute love for the craft. Not only has she been a tremendous teacher and role model as a professional from the industry, but has also brilliantly directed three separate University Players productions at the theatre in Essex Hall (The Clean House, The 39 Steps and A Streetcar Named Desire). Kelly Daniels has made a significant impact on students learning experiences, and the school’s failure to renew her contract for the following years would be of a great disadvantage to the School of Dramatic Arts. We ask that the school reconsiders their decision to end this incredible educator’s contract.
