CPR INITIATIVE

In lieu of all the tragic events of our time, there is a need to be more assertive as citizens.
I believe pushing a CPR Initiative should be mandated for all public domains (i.e. schools, churches, prisons, etc.). In moving forward CPR should be just as known as the Pledge of Allegiance.
