Street Cats need help

Every time I go outside I see these poor cats in winter all types of weathers but no-one around my neighborhood cares its sad because when u see a small animal who can't buy their own food and is starving outside what would u do I know what I would I would buy them food but I need help feeding them I need humans to stand up for their own GOD put animals on earth for us to be with not play with their feelings animals and cats are so tiny even big ones break my heart so pls sign my petition to save all the cats from starving to drinking water and food...
I spend about $3 a day feeding them so please help me help them Thank You
