Plant Fruit Tress On Public Sidewalks!

I want To have fruit tree's planted on Public Sidewalks for everyone to enjoy from especially the homeless who aren't able to eat everday but don't have to starve because they can rely on the FREE fruit tree's! This would as well improve the Environments well being and the food chain.
