The rapid increase of local population in  the area of Miami - Brickell, requires a solid noise regulation to limit noise reaching the local residential and commercial buildings. Some of the noise categories where needs to be promptly addressed are: vehicles and motorcycles (especially when speeding and beeping), bar and nightclubs (loud music is very common), construction especially over the weekend or at night.
