STOP Vue Entertainment giving out THOUSANDS of PLASTIC STRAWS EVERY DAY in their CINEMA venues world-wide.

I went to Vue International movie venue in Norwich, Norfolk, UK last week-end.  

So upset to see that they are STILL giving out PLASTIC STRAWS! I wrote to Vue International about this but they have NO DATE to stop using plastic straws and other plastic packaging in their venues. The plastic that is KILLING our Wildlife and DESTROYING our oceans.

On their web-site, they say this:

"Vue Entertainment is part of Vue International - one of the world's leading cinema operators, managing the most respected brands in major European markets and Taiwan, spanning ten countries, over 280 sites and over 2,400 screens. In the UK and Ireland, Vue has 90 state of the art cinemas with 863 screens. THOUSANDS OF PLASTIC STRAWS BEING GIVEN OUT EACH DAY AND TO OUR KIDS TOO!!!

An organisation that describes itself as "a leader in the premium entertainment cinema sector in the UK" should be setting a good example.

Vue Entertainment needs to act like the leader it claims to be and STOP USING  PLASTIC STRAWS RIGHT NOW. I know they can. And I am sure they will with YOUR HELP.
