LIMIT PARKING ON BOTH SIDE OF E. 4TH STREET

Parking needs to be limited to one side of the street on E. 4th...this is a VERY narrow road, and when cars park on both sides the mailman cannot get to our mailboxes, the trash truck cannot get through to pick up...and a few cars have been side-swiped while trying to get through...often cars will have to back out, turn around and take an alternate route to get to their homes.
