The undersigned members hereby petition the president and the board of directors of the Parks of Stonecrest Community Association to set the earliest reasonable date, time and place for a special membership meeting for the purpose of explaining and justifying the observed increase of our annual HOA dues as seen on our accounts at the website set up by the management company, and that notice be sent to the membership as provided for in Section 2.5 of our Bylaws.
