Demand Bureau of Land Management stop round up wild horses with Helicopters

Pass the SAFE act in Congress, put temp birth control in mares instead of castrating stallions. Stop rounding them up and sending to kill pens, where they are shipped to Canada and Mexico to be made into dog food, healthy horses.
