Hooch is a 5 year old loving pitbull. He is a loved and cherished family pet. He has been accused of attacking the neigbor and her 2 dogs. Howerver when the state police were called and arrived, they found that the neighbor changed her story multiple times until the state trooper decided that the call was unfounded and said no charges will be filed. Not only did the neighbor's story change multiple times (including stating that it was her own dog that bit her, and that it was her that lost control of her dogs), but she also did not mention or show the trooper any bites at that time.
Harassment
An off duty local police officer that is friends with the neighbor and who was not present at the time of the incident (showed up after the state police left), determined that she would take the law into her own hand, outside of her jurisdiction or authority at the time and proclaimed that the state police do not seem to be doing anything, so she would. She began harassing Hooch's family and demanding that Hooch's family pay the neighbor.
This officer has now convinced the neighbor as her friend, to take Hooch's family to court and will be the testifying officer. This officer was not dispatched to the scene, not on duty or even present during the incident and her only involvement was showing up after the situation had been handled...as the neighbor's friend. Her only intent on appearing in court as a testifying officer, is to sway the decision of the District Magestrate and cheat the system in her friend's favor.
This office is also the founder and president of her own animal rescue and has the ability of a financial gain if she is able to obtain a sweet dog like Hooch and adopt him out.
Beating Hooch
The neighbors in question have since bragged to our other neighbors how how viciously they beat Hooch with a club.
Hooch's History
Hooch is a 5 year old pitbul with no aggression, and no previous bite record. He lives with children and other dogs and has shown absolutely no aggression during his entire 5 years of life toward any of them.
