Prevention of Psychopathic Behavior

Psychopathic behavior is seen constantly with murders including mass school shootings which has been a huge issue for America lately. This is concerning because it seems like more and more crimes are being committed, but we are not doing as much as we can to prevent it. If insurance companies could include visits to mental healthcare professionals into the insurance. This would be a good idea because it would encourage more people to get help, not only for psychopathy, but for other mental issues as well.
