Demand Illinois Governor to Reinstate Death Penalty Executions!

A few years back Governor Ryan put a stay on executions. Now this petition I'm starting cause I have asked that Governor Rauner to reinstate executions. This I'm asking after a family member was murdered. I have reached out to him with no response. Let the victims be heard please sign petition to force the hand of the Governor to reinstate executions.
