Change the skateboarding policy at USF parking garages!

Many students at USF find the parking garages to be a great place to skate at night. USF should permit skateboarding in the parking garages after 10:00 pm when classes are done and traffic has died down. The first two floors of the parking garages should be off limits to skaters to prevent automobile collisions. Waivers can be made so students are aware that they are skating at their own risk and that USF is not liable for any injuries. Many other events are hosted on the garages such as dancing and band practice so USF should recognize skateboarding as a acceptable activity as well.
