No repect and miss direction of people and funds

Given funds for shelter for homeless, people are being mentally and physically assulted. Funding is being misused. Diragatory remarks made by staff. People are being laughed at and their space violated also physically man-handled by staff and security. Homeless women we're thrown back on to the street with no help and without their belongings. Personal property being displaced, locks changed before notification and due date.
