I live in the Valley Creek subdivision in El Paso, Texas 79932. We have a park that is on Gomez Rd where there are various activities going on throughout the week- from having football and soccer games held in the evenings while others bike around, many walk their dogs or walk with their children in strollers, others run . The park also has an area to sit and enjoy the shade while the kids play. However, the Gomez Road is a straight "race zone" for many. Cars, trucks, builders/construction crews drive at least at 50-60 miles an hour - while people are walking, biking, running to get to the park. We are in need of speed humps/bumps to prevent a tragedy from happening. Please support this request as we will all benefit from a safe environment.
