I am a resident of the City of Compton CA I have been in Compton for 49years. I an convene that there are no Community based jobs for the youth. As a kid growing up I watched the change in the youth when the CETA jobs were done away with. That is my In my opinion led to the increasing of Youths joining gangs and further led to the increase of Crime and and increase in the growth of the prison population. I believe it we can get Companies have invest in subsidiaries and pre fabrication of materials made in the Communities we will increase revenue and more importantly put our youth in jobs instead of gangs, prison and coffins.
