Justice for Wally

Cats are treated like they mean nothing. They get taken from the road if they’re hit by a car and put in a black bag with no checking to see if it’s still alive or taken to a vet to scan for a microchip. This needs to change in the uk. Wally a cat locally was treated this way until he was seen by a cat carer who took him to the vet and was found to be chipped so his owners could be notified.
