Put an End to the Pet Weight Limit

We are now coming to you, the homeowners of our community, to sign a petition and help us change the animal weight limit rule. We can see it is a common interest within our community. We need at least one third of the Homeowners interest to get started. The next step is putting it to a vote at an Association members meeting. The rule currently states the limit is 15lbs. We are petitioning to have the limit lifted. Incessant barking, picking up waste, and keeping the dogs on leash are already covered by the homeowner rules and Urbandale regulations.
