Sic of Cell Pain "Join the Fight" Sickle Cell Diease

I'm requesting this Petition to be signed because, we are Sickle Cell Awareness and Diease. We believe that we're in title to show Awareness just as well as all other Awareness "Breast Cancer".  It would be nice to have a License Plate with the Burgundy Ribbon on it.
