Demand an end to over taxation on overtime and bonuses.

A bonus was received for going above and beyond on the job. Taxes were 35% even though it was personal effort that earned the bonus. Same issue happens with overtime, you give up your free time to make more money and lose 30% to our government to waste. My proposal is that overtime and bonuses are to be taxed less than straight time on the job, no more than 10%. On the job pay should be a max of ten percent for everyone, regardless of what you make. You should be rewarded for going above not punished, we have a larger population and it's time we stop suffering in the middle to lower classes for everyone.
