Justice for Hope!

This petition is to help change the Abuse Law for Our Animals! Hope a sweet little puppy that was set on fire by her owner and nearly died from her burns needs your help. She is recovering and getting the love she so deserves. Her owner was in court the other day and he was not charged with cruelty or anything for that matter. This is an outrage because it sends a  message to others out there that could do such a crime. We need to have our laws changed to protect our animals from such abuse they do not have to suffer anymore.
