No summer bedtime

Take on responsibility as I choose what a good bedtime is for me on a day to day basis.
It will make me sleep in later so you dont have to see me in the mornings
I will be downstairs in the basement or in my room at night so it wont bother anyone
I am still under the control of my parents and on certain days they can dictate when I go to bed
