DEMAND "NO" CONDITIONAL USE OF PROPERTY AT 75 WOODLAND D

The petitioners wish to use the property at 75 Woodland Dr. for breeding, boarding of dogs and sale of puppies. This will increase traffic into and out of our residential neighborhood. This will also set a precedence for operation of commercial businesses in our neighborhood. Increased traffic into our dead end, cul-de-sac neighborhood will create road hazards for our children and our pets. Increased anonymous traffic will affect our poorly maintained roads. It will also open our neighborhood to total strangers coming to shop for puppies. This also raises a lot of concern over noise pollution as dogs will be dogs. Solution: Keep our quiet, safe and private neighborhood just the way it always has been.
