The property at 2209 SE 8th ave was sold to an older man, who is the owner of a bar here in town (Alibis) since he has taken ownership of said property, he has turned our clean and quiet community into a nightmare, by allowing many different people to put filth wheels on the property to live in and he charges a fee for them to have a place to stay. He has also allowed many people to leave their boats and broken down cars on his property, it looks like a junkyard, the beautiful property is destroyed due to his actions of renting out pieces of his land to people who could care less about our community. This is negatively affecting our quality of life, and we as a community are very concerned with these issues and would like it rectified, and we as a community would like to remain anonymous, for the safety of ourselves and our property. Also please know we moved into a community not a junkyard or RV park, and these issues need to be addressed, and resolved because we want and deserve to have our community back.
