Actual victim's seek's justice.

In 1998, I was trying to get out of an abusive, relationship. I was hit in the head and almost died. Along with that I was made out to be the abuser. I asked the DA for the file on that, I have never been responded too ! My abuser got off scott free. I was made out to be an abusive evil monster.
