Request review and revise paragraph 8 of Seating,Outdoor Common Area ploicy

Currently residents of 4 story buildings are prohibited from placing any seating under the canopy. Residents of 2 story buildings are exempt because there is no lobby area. We do not feel that, in the absence of any other concerns, we should be denied the enjoyment of visiting with our friends and neighbors in the cool, fresh outdoor air. We would also suggest that the specifications for this seating may be less restrictive than the benches. While we agree that must be safe and attractive it is not a permanent installation and would not require the same treatment as the benches.
