Demand Release of Addicts from Prison to Rehab!

My fiance violated probation by telling his PO he drank alcohol after 1 1/2 years of probation from his one and only DUI at 40 yrs old. Never was ever in any trouble with the law. They sentenced him to prison for 12-30 months revoking his probation and not even considering rehab. We have lost everything and he didn't even commit a crime. So many inmates in an over crowded prison for ridiculous sentences. We need to have some sort of control over rulings like this...addicts are not criminals, they are sick and need medical and mental help!!
