Roosevelt’s Restaurant and Sexual abuse.

Roosevelt’s Restaurant at 883 Whalley Avenue is owned by Theodore Roosevelt Hines of New Haven Ct. He is a unprofessional business owner that used his restaurant as a predatory location to take advantage of women by drugging them. He plays friendly to his customers or prey, offers them drinks, drugs them and brings them to hotels. Leaving innocent women to wake up unsure of their whereabouts and actions. I’m asking the women that have been affected by Theodore to come fourth with criminal charges. Contact the local NHPD immediately. This establishment should not be able to operate under these conditions and no woman should be taken advantage of in this way.
