Greece is crippled by taxation demands from the 'Institutions'

- destinatario: urge the new governement to levy a Tourist tax in lign with Germany and other European countries.
Tourism is supposed to be Greece's main source of income but the money paid for flights accommodation and even food is never seen by Greece....it is paid to the country of origin. Why not take a leaf out of the book of those crippling the country and copy Germany and other European countries. Institute a tourist tax daily per person to be collected either at the hotel or apartment or at departure point.
Greece is relying on tourism to help her out of crisis but if a large proportion of its visitors are on pre-paid packages the money they spend is not seen in Greece and I believe a small tourist tax, as paid by visitors to Germany, would not be objected to by tourists and would make a considerable difference to Greece. Perhaps even make a difference to the cuts to state pensions and additional taxes to property and income. With your help we can make a difference!

Please encourage others to sighn this petition....ideas like this to raise revenue for crippled Greece, could make the difference that means she keeps afloat. People are starving through no fault of their own....no natural disaster....just the inhuman demands made by the inflexible Institutions who are insisting on excessively high rates if interest impossible to meet which block any possibility of ecanomic growth. We need your help to get this message out there!
