Help the at risk inmates

One in every 3 Americans has a loved one that struggles with drug abuse disorder and more than half of the prisons and jails populations are these people. People human beings that need rehabilitation not incarceration. From the years of drug misuse some of them have acquired health conditions, physical and mental. Some of them that's why they used. I'm am very concerned for these people that are locked up with underlying health issues during this pandemic. There has already been one facility that has had a c/o test positive for covid-19 and I am asking that we give them a voice and ask Governor Sununu to show some empathy and give low-sentence non-violent inmates early release, please help me achieve this.
