The report on Children’s Centres in Leeds says there is strong evidence that investing in early years support results in “real gains”.
Cutbacks in funding have meant children centres have been closing across the country.

There is another £2.5m at ‘significant risk’. We need this investment to ensure that the effective practice started across the city to ensure every child gets the “best start in life” is maintained.
