Remove the sainthwar mall caste from obc list in up

Respectfully I say that the court of Justice in allahabad obc vibhag sainthwar and mall caste found in eastern up (kushinagar, devariya, gorakhpur, santkabir nagar, basti..) remove from obc list because reservation is dangerous for excellence and harassment of excellence. It is only benefit for politicians not for  students.
