Opposing to building new facility

Notice of Public hearing about building large child-care facility in front of my street. Someone applying for a permit to build 65.500 square foot facility that will have approximately 208 children. The rest is very vague. It is not clear if it is a school, pre-school or juvenile home to care for up and coming under-age criminals.

 My concern that the property value will go drastically down, the traffic of some 200+ cars will be going through my street (morning, evenings and some weekends) , and parents would park everywhere. I’m not sure what it will do to the noise, taxes and safety in that little neighborhood.
