A 9 YR OLD BLACK GIRL pepper sprayed while have a mental crisis!!

A child(9 yr old) was pepper sprayed while having a mental crisis! The officer claims that the girl was suicidal and said she wanted to kill her self. She was already handcuffed in the back of the police car. She was screaming "no!" and "stop,you're hurting me!". The officer also claims that she wouldn't get out the car. (My opinion: Even if she didn't get out the car you didn't have to pepper spray her.) Please give her justice! #BLM #BLACKLIVESMATTER
