Hold Congress and POTUS responsible for ACA

Let it be known to the Congress and the POTUS Donald J. Trump and Vice President if the ACA is repealed and not replaced with a comparable if not better plan this action will result in people losing partial if not complete coverage. Also let it be known that any injury or death resulting from said action will result in a personal lawsuit for wrongful death or injury against every member of Congress and POTUS and Vice President that may have signed such an agreement.
This concern has been publicly presented to the nations representatives and failure in addressing these concerns will prove negligence on the part of those representatives.
All we ask is that the POTUS and Congress fulfill the Presidents campaign promise of providing a better more affordable universal health care plan. If the nation can afford to reduce corporate and individual taxes then budget concerns can not be used as a defense for any such repeal.
