Master Movers has made a business practice of extortion. This is a moving company. After contracting to do your move, they load your belongings onto their truck, and insist that you pay them more than you contracted under threat of keeping your possessions. In addition, they make commitments to reimburse movers for damages to property. They damage a great deal of property. And, they consistently deny all consumer claims, refusing to reimburse costumers for the damages.

Finally, they systematically work to discredit customers through consumer review sites, such as Yelp and BBB, while simultaneously posting their own bogus reviews.
