We Demand the immediate release of the Cyan update

This update brings much needed functionality for customers using a Nokia Lumia phone. Verizon Wireless is trying to force their current customer base into purchasing new phones, rather than providing the Cyan update. Verizon Wireless is not providing their current customers with unparralled customer support and instead is pushing customers off their network to other network providers.
